I loved the free coffee on the roof terrace. It offered great city views. the hotel location was super convenient, close to everything. the staff was helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. the free laundry on the third floor was a lifesaver, so convenient.
The ac unit in my room made a lot of noise. It was tough to sleep through at times. it definitely needs maintenance.

the hotel is near grand central station, providing easy access to various city destinations. several landmarks are within walking distance, including the chrysler building and the summit one vanderbilt. the location is unbeatable for exploring many points of interest.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea on the top floor. the lounge area includes a coffee machine, water, and ice . having these amenities available is great to grab a quick beverage anytime during the day or night.

the location IS great. The view from the twenty-seventh floor lounge was nice. It was a decent value.
the hotel took a two hundred dollar deposit. i am still waiting for a refund. the photos do not accurately reflect the age of the hotel.

the staff IS really friendly and quite helpful. i found the location to be quite good and easy to reach. the ROOFTOP lounge provided coffee.
the room decor felt a bit dated to me.
